Yes. Every holster, belt, sheath, and strap is cut, molded, stitched, and finished by hand in our shop in Lone Oak, Texas — Hunt County, about 60 miles east of Dallas. No overseas manufacturing, no drop-shipping, no subcontractors. Every piece is built from full-grain Hermann Oak leather (also American-made).

Texans know leather. You can't fake a 35-year workshop, and you can't hide the difference between machine-stamped imports and real American-made goods. Busted B Leather has been building custom holsters, gun belts, rifle slings, and knife sheaths out of a small Hunt County shop since the early 1990s — every piece cut, molded, and stitched under one roof in Lone Oak, Texas.
We use full-grain Hermann Oak leather (the same leather that's outfitted American saddlemakers for over a century), bonded nylon thread, and solid brass hardware. No bonded leather. No chrome-tanned shortcuts. Nothing that'd embarrass us if you handed it down to your grandkids.
