Chapter 01
Where It Started
Busted B Leather started the way most good things do — out of a garage, with a few tools, some scraps of veg-tan, and a stubborn idea that things should be built better.
What began in the early 1990's with a wallet kit from Tandy Leather turned into a lifelong pursuit of building leather goods the right way. Small projects for friends grew into a full-time operation focused on producing holsters, belts, and everyday carry gear people can rely on.
Today, Busted B Leather combines traditional craftsmanship with proven production methods. Each piece is precision cut using custom dies and machine stitched for strength and consistency — because when something is meant to be used every day, it has to hold up without question.

We believe quality starts with the right materials. That's why our holsters, belts, rifle gear, and core products are built from full-grain Hermann Oak leather — trusted for its strength, structure, and long-term reliability.
We believe how it's built matters just as much. Precision-cut components, machine stitching for consistent strength, and hardware that holds up under real use — because this gear isn't made to sit on a shelf.
